The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji, has informed all ward councillors from 18 wards, village council members, and GB’s union of Ungma village, Mokokchung village, Chuchuyimpang village, Khensa village, GB’s of Mokokchung town, ward functionaries, and all the public of Mokokchung town that the celebration of the 15th August Independence Day, 2024 function is going to commence at the usual time of 8:40 AM at the Imkongmeren Sports Complex, Mokokchung. Therefore, all the concerned and also the public of Mokokchung town are requested to attend the function.

In another order, Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji, has informed all heads of departments/offices and staffs under Mokokchung District that the 78th Independence Day celebration on 15th August 2024 will commence from 8:40 AM at Imkongmeren Sports Complex, Mokokchung. Therefore, everyone has been requested to attend the celebration without fail.

Further, all district heads of offices have been directed to collect the attendance sheet for their respective departments at the back of the rostrum after the function from the attendance in-charges and submit it for onwards submission to the government for necessary action.
