DC, Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji, addressing the orientation and training program of the District Line Department People’s Plan Campaign for preparation of the Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP) 2025–2026 at DC’s Conference Hall, on 5th November 2024.

Orientation and Training Programme of District Line Department on People’s Plan Campaign for preparation of Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP) 2025-2026 was held today (5th November 2024) at Deputy Commissioner’s Conference Hall, Mokokchung.

Deputy Commissioner, Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji, in his welcome address mentioned that GPDP is all about convergence and inclusivity. Therefore, all concerned departments must make sure that policies of the central and state governments are well implemented and people-friendly, that no village is left out, and that all sections of people benefit.

During the program, a PowerPoint presentation on PPC, GPDP, and VPRP was presented by the district program manager, DRDA, and state project coordinator, respectively, which was followed by group discussion. The program was chaired by Project Director, DRDA, Mokokchung.
