The Additional Superintendent of Police and PRO Mokokchung has issued a traffic advisory that Mokokchung Centric is organizing Midnight Service Program on 31st December, 2024, at the main police point in Mokokchung town. In this regard, traffic regulations will be implemented from 9:00 PM onwards on the 31st of December 2024.

As per the traffic regulations, all vehicles coming from Amguri/Mokokchung village will divert towards IMDH (hospital) road and Longkumer Kilem (gas agency). No entry from the main police point to the post office junction. No entry from New Market to Longkumer Kilem Gas Agency. No entry from the DC office junction, Mokokchung, towards the main police point.

Vehicles coming from IOC Yimyu will be diverted towards Salangtem/Dilong road from Dispensary Sub Centre (New Market). Vehicles coming from the Kohima side will take the route of IMDH (civil hospital) road from sewak junction.
