Recipient of the Governor’s Meritorious Award in 2009 for the Development of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants for the first time in Nagaland. Initiated the signing of an MoU between the Government of Nagaland and HSMM Group Lao, PDR, which led to the development of Agar Fungus Culture and the successful launch of the Agar Distillation factory in Nagaland. Founding Member of the Department of Wasteland, Government of Nagaland in 1993 (now Land Resources Development).
