Mokokchung, 10 January, 2026 (www.nokinketer.in): The inaugural program of the 4th edition of the Chuchuyimlang Kaketshir Telongjem (CKT) Triennial Conference on the theme ‘Created to Create: Kingdom Stewards’ was held at Chuchuyimlang village, Mokokchung, on 10th January with Nuklutoshi, MLA, Government of Nagaland, as the chief guest and Senti Ao, IAS (Retd.), as the theme speaker.
Addressing the gathering, Chief Guest Nuklutoshi, MLA, called upon the youth to cultivate a refined and progressive mindset as they lead the 15th generation of Chuchuyimlang. He remarked that while certain traditions may remain unchanged, necessary changes must be embraced to keep pace with the changing world.
He stressed that the younger generation must first abandon any self-proclaimed sense of superiority or inferiority, asserting that no individual is superior or inferior to another. He highlighted jealousy as a destructive force, and it hinders personal growth and collective progress.
He also emphasized on the importance of respect and urged the youth to cultivate a culture rooted in mutual regard and understanding. He further encouraged the development of an attitude of gratitude and also addressed issues of low self-esteem and inferiority complex, urging young people to build self-confidence and self-motivation.
He advised them to step out of their comfort zones, uphold the dignity of labour, and develop skills for self-sustenance and self-reliance. Concluding his address, Nuklutoshi exhorted the youth to be Christian in both heart and deed, encouraging them to read the Bible religiously and gain knowledge from it.
Speaking on the theme “Created to Create: Kingdom Stewards”, Senti Ao, IAS (Retd.), stated that human beings are God’s masterpiece and to be creative is an innate idea that God has purposefully designed man to be.
He posed the question of who truly qualifies as kingdom stewards, explaining that stewardship begins with fulfilling God’s design for family life, entering into holy matrimony, raising children, and nurturing them in the fear of God. He noted that serving others with love and kindness lies at the heart of God’s intended plan for humanity.
Highlighting responsibility beyond human relationships, he urged people to love and care for creation, stressing the importance of environmental stewardship and ecological balance. He further remarked that technology is a gift, born out of the creativity God has bestowed upon humankind, and must be used responsibly.
At the inaugural program, the vision of 4th Triennial Conference was given by Tamanokdang, member, CKT, Educational Trust, while the CKT Dimapur Unit performed a special presentation. The conference will conclude on 12 January, 2026.
