Mokokchung, 4th February, 2026 (www.nokinketer.in): Buckle up for pure adrenaline as the Adventure and Motorsports Association Mokokchung (AMAM) roars back with the 9th Auto & MotoX, a high-voltage spectacle of speed, skill, precision driving, and dirt-defying battles set to ignite the Imkongmeren Sports Complex, Mokokchung, from February 5th to 7th, 2026.

The event is now a cornerstone of Northeast Motorsports’ calendar, transforming Mokokchung into the epicentre of raw racing energy. Featuring fiercely contested Autocross and MotoX categories, the competition attempts to give heart-pounding drifts, lightning-fast manoeuvres, whoops, and berm-bashing action that will leave spectators on the edge of their seats.

 Autocross categories are the following: Open – No-holds-barred showdown for ultimate grip and glory; below 1300cc – Nimble hot hatches battling for supremacy and SUV – Massive torque and rugged dominance on the dirt.

MotoX categories are: Beginner – Fresh talent charging into the fray and Open – Elite riders pushing limits with gravity-defying tricks and blistering lap times.

With a massive total prize pool of INR 3.50 lakhs, plus prestigious trophies and certificates, the stakes have never been higher. This edition doubles as a key round of the Northeast Championship 2026, drawing top-tier competitors from motor and moto clubs across Nagaland and neighbouring Northeastern states.

 Event schedule highlights are February 5, 2026 – scrutiny and technical inspection for all participants. February 6, 2026 (Morning) – AutoX flag-off by Imkumwapang, District Transport Officer, Mon, as Inaugural Patron. February 6, 2026 (Afternoon) – MotoX roared to life by Longden Longkumer, Managing Director, LL Group Nagaland, as inaugural patron.

 February 7, 2026 – Thrilling final runs followed by the grand prize distribution ceremony graced by Wangpang Konyak, Advisor, Social Welfare, as Special Guest. The 9th Auto & MotoX is proudly sponsored by Nagaland Minerals & Mines, PitStop (Kohima), MG Dimapur, Ahibi, and Digi Printer.
