Mokokchung, 14th April, 2026 (www.nokinketer.in): 5th Inter-District Government Hr. Sec. School & Govt. High School Tournament, 2026, was inaugurated with great fervor today at the Imkongmeren Sports Complex, Mokokchung. The program was graced by Dr. Kekhrielhoulie Yhome, MLA & Advisor, School Education & SCERT, Govt. of Nagaland, as the Special Guest.

The prestigious event, organized by the Directorate of School Education, Government of Nagaland, and funded by Samagra Shiksha, Nagaland, has brought together student-athletes from all 17 districts of the state.

The tournament features a competitive slate of events, including Sepak Takraw (men), Volleyball (women), Badminton (both men and women), and various Track and Field games. With active participation from all 17 districts, the event promises to be a significant platform for nurturing young sporting talent across Nagaland.
