Mokokchung, 23rd April, 2026 (www.nokinketer.in): The Directorate of Employment, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Nagaland, Kohima, has informed trainees who underwent training at various Government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) in Nagaland during the 2024–25 session to apply for stipend through the Centralized Trainee Stipend Scheme (CTSS) portal.

The eligible candidates include trainees of one-year courses (2024–2025) and first-year trainees of two-year courses (2024–2026). The application window will remain open from April 21 to May 20, 2026. The application can be submitted online at the official portal.

The Directorate further stated that trainees who are unable to apply through the portal may visit or contact their respective institutes for assistance with registration. It cautioned that failure to apply within the stipulated time will not be the responsibility of the concerned authority.

It was also clarified that trainees in the second year of two-year courses (2023–2025 session) are not required to apply, as they are already registered in the portal.

Applicants are required to upload the following documents while registering: a passport-size photograph, the front page of their bank passbook, and their Government ITI identification card.
