During the session, the board officially reviewed and approved applications for the registration of three new local societies: Society for Economic Elevation and Development (SEED), Changdang Village; MI-Tzü Sustainable and Conservation Society, Alongkima; and Falcon Club, Mangkolemba.
The session featured an informative presentation on social awareness and drug prevention alongside regular departmental updates: Dr. Madhavi R, IAS (Assistant Commissioner and Nodal Officer for the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan-NMBA, Mokokchung), highlighted an observation of International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. The Executive Engineer, Water Resources Department, delivered a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation detailing their ongoing departmental activities and infrastructure projects.
