Friday, June 26, 2026 (Nokinketer News): The Department of Labour, Government of Nagaland, informs all stakeholders, employers, employees, trade unions, establishments, organizations and members of the general public that the draft Rules under the Labour Codes have been uploaded on the official website of the Department for information and public consultation.

Claims, objections, suggestions and comments, if any, are invited from all concerned stakeholders regarding the provisions contained in the draft Rules. The draft Labour Codes/Rules may be accessed through the Department’s official website.

All claims and objections may be submitted in writing to the Department of Labour within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice. Submissions may be addressed to labcomm-ngl@nic.in

Stakeholders are requested to clearly mention the relevant section/rule along with justification or suggestions for consideration by the Department.

The Department values the participation and cooperation of all stakeholders in ensuring effective implementation of the Labour Codes in the State.
