MY Bharat urges Mokokchung youth to join VBYLD 2027 Quiz

Mokokchung, 7^th September 2026 (Nokinketer News): MY Bharat Mokokchung has called on eligible youth in the district to participate in the ongoing Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) 2027 Quiz, stating that successful candidates could go on to represent Nagaland at the National Youth Festival in New Delhi on January 12, 2027.

The appeal was made during a consultative coordination meeting chaired by MY Bharat, where officials said the online quiz is the mandatory first stage of the multi-level selection process.

According to officials, candidates who qualify in the Stage-I online quiz will advance to essay writing, district and state-level presentations before a panel of experts. Top performers from the state level will be selected to represent Nagaland at the national event, where they will have an opportunity to present policy ideas on “Viksit Bharat @2047” before the Prime Minister.

The district mobilisation team, comprising MY Bharat officials, college representatives and youth club leaders, also finalised measures to increase participation across Mokokchung.

The online quiz consists of 20 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 600 seconds, covering India’s development, governance and national vision.

MY Bharat officials said registration is open exclusively through the official MY Bharat portal and mobile application for youth aged 15 to 29 years. They also highlighted features of the platform, including a CV builder, mentorship opportunities, links to the PM Internship Scheme and experiential learning programmes with government departments.

To improve participation, MY Bharat proposed setting up student helpdesks in colleges and higher secondary schools, including Fazl Ali College and Jubilee Memorial College, to assist students with registration and profile creation.

The organisation has appealed to educational institutions and youth organisations across Mokokchung to conduct awareness campaigns to ensure greater representation from the district at the state and national levels.
