Mokokchung, 25th August 2026 (Nokinketer News): The 19th Imchaba Master Memorial Nagaland Open Volleyball Tournament 2026 will be held from September 22 – 25, 2026 at the Multi-purpose Sports Complex, Mokokchung. The tournament, organised as an open volleyball championship, will offer a total prize pool of ₹2.20 lakh.
The champion team will receive a cash prize of ₹1 lakh, while the runners-up will be awarded ₹70,000. The third and fourth-placed teams will receive ₹30,000 and ₹20,000, respectively.
Apart from the team prizes, individual awards of ₹5,000 each will be presented in the categories of Best Spiker, Best Setter, Player of the Tournament and Emerging Player. To encourage wider participation, each team that does not reach the semifinal stage will receive a participation grant of ₹5,000. Teams travelling from outside Mokokchung will also be eligible for a travel allowance maximum of up to ₹5,000.
Registration forms will be available from September 1, while the last date for submission is September 16. The draw of fixtures will be conducted on September 19.
A maximum of 16 teams will be accommodated, with registration being accepted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis through Google Forms.
