The Ao Senden bitterly condemn the vile act of alleged sexual crime against a minor girl by O. Watimeren Jamir, son of Late T. Opang Jamir of Unger Village; Tsuktimongba, son of Late Supongmeren of Sungratsu Village; and Akangkokba, son of Late Imsunukshi of Unger Village, at Dimapur. In this world, there is no place for animalistic conduct against fellow humans, especially a vulnerable minor girl. The law-enforcing agency must accord speedy, exemplary punishment to all the guilty accused persons irrespective of status and position in life. We stand in solidarity with the victim and pray that this incident will not be a scar on her life but that she will pick it up for a brighter future.
